Trout Fish

The fish is sent to two types of trout and salmon. How to send both fresh and frozen fish.

To send fresh fish: After fishing, put the fish in ionolite and put ice around it and send it by plane quickly so that the fish does not spoil.

Sending frozen fish: The fish is packed (vacuumed) and frozen and sent. In freezing mode, fish can be sent with or without bones and fillet.

Most fish buyers are from Arab countries and the Persian Gulf.
In both cases, health certificates are obtained from Iranian veterinary medicine.

Steps of preparing Trout  for export

Salmon is usually exported in frozen packaging, and carcasses and hot salmon are exported in limited quantities. Before exporting fish, its preparation steps must be done according to the customer’s request and international cargo transportation laws.
Below we briefly name its steps:

1. Catch fresh salmon or salmon from breeding ponds
2. Transporting fish to a fish cleaning plant to empty the belly and sometimes fillet the fish
3. The cleaned fish is vacuumed or packaged at this stage and frozen at 40 degrees below zero.
4. Load fish without antibiotics and malachite green
5. In case of freezing, empty the fish belly and wash it thoroughly
6. The washed fish should be immediately placed in the pre-freezing tunnel for 2 hours
7. Fish should be packed in ionolithic boxes or 5, 10 or 15 kg cartons
8. The load is sealed by the veterinarian after loading and should not be opened until the destination of the load. It is transported by air or refrigerated car. Having an IR code depending on the destination country ..
